There is no god but Allah alone, with no partner. His is the dominion and His is the praise, and He is able to do all things.

اللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْجُبْنِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْبُخْلِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ أَنْ أُرَدَّ إِلَىٰ أَرْذَلِ الْعُمُرِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الدُّنْيَا وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-jubni, wa a'udhu bika minal-bukhli, wa a'udhu bika min an uradda ila ardhalil-'umur, wa a'udhu bika min fitnatid-dunya wa 'adhabil-qabr
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from cowardice, miserliness, being returned to decrepit old age, and from the trials of this world and the punishment of the grave.

Bismillahilladhi la yadurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa huwas-samee'ul-'aleem
In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on earth or in heaven can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.

I am pleased with Allah as my Lord, Islam as my religion, and Muhammad ﷺ as my Prophet.

حَسْبِيَ اللّٰهُ لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَهُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ
HasbiyAllahu la ilaha illa huwa, 'alayhi tawakkaltu wa huwa rabbul-'arshil-'azeem
Allah is sufficient for me. There is no god but Him. In Him I place my trust, and He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne.

اللّٰهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، خَلَقْتَنِي وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ، وَأَنَا عَلَىٰ عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ، أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ، أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَيَّ وَأَبُوءُ بِذَنْبِي فَاغْفِرْ لِي فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
Allahumma anta rabbi la ilaha illa ant, khalaqtani wa ana 'abduk, wa ana 'ala 'ahdika wa wa'dika mastata't, a'udhu bika min sharri ma sana't, abu'u laka bini'matika 'alayya wa abu'u bidhanbi, faghfir li fa innahu la yaghfirudh-dhunuba illa ant
O Allah, You are my Lord. There is no god but You. You created me and I am Your servant. I uphold Your covenant and promise as best I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil I have done. I acknowledge Your blessings upon me and I confess my sins. Forgive me, for none forgives sins but You.
Sahih Bukhari 6306
Quranic Dua
رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
Rabbana atina fid-dunya hasanatan wa fil-akhirati hasanatan wa qina 'adhaban-nar
Our Lord, give us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.

Rabbana la tuzigh qulubana ba'da idh hadaytana wa hab lana min ladunka rahmah, innaka antal-wahhab
Our Lord, do not let our hearts deviate after You have guided us, and grant us mercy from Yourself. Indeed, You are the Bestower.
